General conditions of sale (GCS)

1. Field of application

The present general Conditions of sale (GCS) defines arrangements in force between Parisi Aster' O and Cie (below called Aster O) and his customers during the purchase of products by correspondence.

2. Straight back

If an article does not correspond to your expectations, return it to us in perfect condition, with the bill and the packing of origin, stamped, within 7 days after reception.

Articles as CD and DVD are neither taken back nor exchanged.

When you return a package, post office gives you free documentary evidence. Keep it carefully because, in case of loss of the package, articles will be able to be credited to you only upon its presentation.

There is no possible indemnification because of error in picture, price or text.

3. Valuable guarantee

You order at the price in force the day of the command. VAT is already included in the price.

4. Methods of payment

You will find below different possibilities of payment.

• Payment via Postcard or yellownet (link secured by post)
• Payment by Visa or Mastercard (link secured by Paypal)
• Prepayment. Once your have ordered, you will receive a bill. The command will be sent after your payment.
• Cash upon delivery: payment upon delivery (to the postal worker) of the sum of your order (Switzerland only). Attention, this method of payment creates a charge (CHF 15.00) which will be added to your order
• Invoice within 7 days with 5 % of discount. For club members only, up to a limit of credit. This method of payment is only allowed after inscription and attribution of customer's member number. In order to get to know our member conditions please contact us.

5.Ownership

All delivered articles remain the ownership of Aster O up to the entire payment of the sum of the bill. 

6. Warranty

We give a warranty of twelve months on the quality of the new articles which we deliver.

The dated bill acts as guarantee slip. It is absolutely necessary to keep it.

Repairs will be directly performed by the producer. Second hand articles are not guaranteed.

7. Zone of delivery

The zone of delivery of our products is restricted to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Germany and Italy.

8. Delivery time

Products which are in stock are sent within 7 working days.

If the equipment is not in our stock at the time of the order, the delay can vary according to the producer, but habitually it's between 7 and 14 working days for a renewal of supplies.

We do not answer for a break of supply of a producer. If an article cannot be delivered to us within 14 working days, we shall maintain you informed. The Order will be able to be maintained or cancelled. 

9. Expenses of shipping and Conditions of delivery

 Orders are delivered by Swiss Post in economy / package signature.

• Fees for delivery in Switzerland:

Fees of shipping are 15.00 CHF for any order under 1000.00 CHF

Fees of shipping are free for any order for more than 1000.00 CHF

Rates cover the expenses of delivery, packing and handling.

• Fees for delivery abroad:

Shipping fees are 40.00 CHF for any order

This rate covers expenses of delivery, packing and handling but does not consist VAT and expenses of customhouses. 

Aster O cannot be kept for representative for possible delays of delivery owed to Post office.

10. Non-approval of the goods

In case of unjustified non-approval of the goods, we will invoice to you the expenses which will be charged to us. Right to use our contractual rights is not affected there. 

11. Absence upon delivery

If a packet cannot be delivered to the addressee by post, this one will be deposited during 7 days in the responsible post office. If nobody recovers the package within this delay, this one will go back to Aster O. If a second trip is necessary, Aster O keeps the right to charge the expense to the customer.

12. Protection and security of data

Aster O promises to respect legal prescripts in protection and in security of data. The transmission of all personal data of credit is made with the technology of encryption SSL.

13. Place of jurisdiction

Our commercial activity and relations established between Aster O and customers are subjected to the Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Lausanne VD. 

For the customers with domicile or corporate name abroad, Lausanne VD is the only place recognized for all procedures.

14. Final dispositions

 Aster O keeps right to change GCS at all times.
